Suspended stick lights were placed over the kitchen island and cool new Ash table added to the breakfast area. In the living room a new contemporary sectional sofa, steel end table and TV console were selected. The dining room features a swirling painted glass table and Lias chairs from Los Angeles. Outdoor furniture including two curving chaise chairs made of concrete sit by the firepit.

Our interiors team furnished this modern farmhouse style home inside and out. The owners wanted to modernize the feeling of the home through furniture and accessories that worked with the home’s aesthetics. New decorative lighting including exterior wall sconces and contemporary LED chandeliers and hanging pendants compliment modern pieces such as the entry console. The guest powder room is totally redone with floating vanity, adjustable overhead light and slick metallic wall covering.
