Working within the constraints of the HOA neighborhood, the entire home interior was reimagined to complement the family’s modern lifestyle. Aside from a small addition at the entry to improve the arrival sequence, the transformation occurred entirely within the exterior walls. The existing structure (post tension concrete slab, long span wood floor framing, and roof trusses) enabled the existing tangled floor plans to be simplified with improved flow, openness, and access to natural lighting. The interior experience was unified throughout with a refined material palette, custom casework, and architectural steel detailing. Our interior designers also assisted with decorative lighting and furniture selection and procurement to complete the transformation.
